First things first – why do you need to service your stove?

Well, there are several reasons! If you want your new addition to stand the test of time and work in the most efficient way possible, a service is a big must.

Our hassle-free annual service offers expert advice and maintenance in the comfort of your home. It provides peace of mind, safety, and convenience.

It includes several tasks to help extend your stove’s lifespan, improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and ensure safety. It also helps you comply with warranty requirements as highlighted in the manufacturer’s handbook.

Increased efficiency: replacing door ropes and glass gaskets to prevents air leaks and ensure maximum heat retention, improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

Increased lifespan: replacing damaged fire bricks to protect your stove’s structure and maximises its lifespan.

Smooth running: cleaning and lubricating moving parts keeps your stove running smoothly, while replacing fire cement on flue joints ensures gases don’t escape, enhancing safety.

How much does a service cost?

Our servicing rates are £65 for the first hour and £40 for the each hour after (+VAT). Please note, any parts needed for the service will be invoiced separately. Typically, servicing takes 1 to 2 hours. You will receive certification on completion of the service.

By scheduling routine servicing, you can enjoy safe and efficient heating for years to come. As the manufacturer, we know your stove best and offer the best prices on spare parts and future stove offers.

Established in 1969 – we have a dedicated established workforce who have vast expertise and experience in manufacturing and installing stoves. All our stoves are manufactured at Dean Forge in Devon with the doors cast in a British foundry.
