Lemon and Raspberry Cake

Light and fluffy lemon and raspberry sponge, filled with lemon curd, raspberry jam, and finished with vanilla buttercream. A fresh and fruity combination that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

Butter, Eggs, Sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, veg oil, double cream, milk, raspberries, lemons, pectin, citric acid, vanilla 

Allegergens:

Milk, egg, gluten, gelatine 

Storage:

Keep in the fridge or in a cool dry area. Out of direct sunlight. Bring up to room temperature before serving.

All our baked goods are made fresh to order and must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
